Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the supply and installation of smart locks by ProShield Security, operated by Abdirahman Mohamed Mohamud, Sole Trader (ABN 48 613 124 254), Brisbane & Gold Coast, Queensland. By enquiring, booking or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We supply and install the Guardian smart lock and related hardware. Pricing shown on this site is in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes GST where applicable. The Guardian supplied & installed price is $1,099 (was $1,299). Supply only (the lock without fitting) is $849 (was $999). Prices and availability may change without notice.

Quotes and enquiries

An enquiry is a request for free advice or a quote, not a binding order. We confirm details with you before any work begins. A quoted price is valid for 30 days from the date given, unless stated otherwise.

Booking and deposits

For a Guardian supplied & fitted install, a refundable deposit of $99 secures your booking and time slot. The balance of $1,000 is due on completion of the installation. When you complete the enquiry form you receive a discount code that unlocks the offer price at checkout.

Installation

• Installations are carried out by our own trained team in Brisbane & Gold Coast and surrounding areas of Queensland.
• We will confirm your door type and suitability before booking. Some doors may need extra parts or work, which we will quote and get your approval for before proceeding.
• Installation times are estimates. We will let you know if there is any delay and arrange a suitable alternative.

Payment

Deposits and payments are processed securely through Shopify. We confirm your booking once your deposit is received. The balance is payable on completion of the installation.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You can reschedule an installation by contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are refundable as described in our Returns & 30-Day Product Money-Back Guarantee. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you and arrange a new time.

Consumer guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where any liability is limited, it is limited to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

We take care in supplying and fitting your smart lock. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the product or service. Our liability for any issue is limited to re-supplying the product, re-performing the service, or the cost of doing so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Queensland courts.
