Information we collect

• Contact details you give us on an enquiry or booking form: name, email, phone number, suburb and postcode.
• Project details: the service you want (Guardian supplied & fitted, supply only, or commercial), your door type or lock model, and your preferred timing.
• Booking details: the install date and time slot you select, and your booking reference.
• Checkout details: when you pay through Shopify, Shopify collects and processes your payment and delivery information directly.
• Attribution and analytics: identifiers such as a Meta click ID (fbclid), browser cookie IDs (fbp/fbc), Google click ID (gclid), TikTok click ID, UTM parameters, your referring page, landing page, and device/browser type.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange your installation, and deliver the Guardian smart lock.
• To confirm and manage your booking, including holding a time slot and following up by phone, SMS or email.
• To process payments and deposits through Shopify, and to send you order confirmations and receipts.
• To measure and improve our marketing, including understanding which ads and pages lead to enquiries and sales.
• To provide aftercare, warranty service and support for your installation.

Who we share it with

We use trusted services to run our business. Your enquiry and booking details are stored in our customer relationship system (HighLevel) so our team can follow up and schedule your install. Payments are processed by Shopify. We share limited, aggregated or anonymised conversion data with Meta (Facebook) so we can measure ad performance and show our ads to relevant audiences. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses the Meta Pixel and similar measurement tools to understand how visitors use the page and which marketing brought them here. These tools may set cookies on your device. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.

Data retention

We keep your enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our service, honour your warranty, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Marketing attribution data is kept only as long as needed for measurement.
