30-day product money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Guardian smart lock, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the product is in original condition with all parts and packaging. This guarantee applies to the Guardian smart lock product purchased through us.

Refundable deposit

The $99 installation deposit is refundable. If you cancel before your installation is scheduled or completed, or if we are unable to complete the installation, your deposit is refunded. Once an installation is completed, the deposit forms part of the payment and the balance becomes due.

How to request a return or refund

• Contact us at info@proshieldau.com or 03 8820 1338 with your order or booking reference.
• We will confirm your eligibility and arrange return of the product.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Condition of returned products

To qualify for a refund, the Guardian smart lock must be returned in original, resalable condition with all accessories, mounting hardware and packaging. Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation by a third party, or normal wear may not be eligible for a full refund.

Change of mind after installation

The 30-day money-back guarantee covers the Guardian product. If a supplied & fitted installation is removed within the 30-day period and returned, the product price is refunded. Installation labour that has already been completed is not refundable, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This policy does not limit those rights.
